1. Your Use of the Site

1.3.9 Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mine, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure, or presentation of the Site or its contents;
1.3.10 Harvest or collect information about Site visitors;
1.3.11 Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on EverBead.
2. Information Posted on the Site

3. Orders
3.1 All billing and registration information provided by you must be accurate, complete, and correct. Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information constitutes a breach of the Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the items, products, and/or services that you have requested.
3.2 EverBead reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse service and to terminate accounts if EverBead believes in its sole discretion that customer conducts violates applicable law, the Terms, or the Privacy and Security Statement, or is harmful to the interests of EverBead, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates, or for any other reason.
3.3 EverBead has the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per account, per household, and per order, as determined in their sole discretion. These restrictions may be applied to the same account, same credit card, and/or the same billing and/or shipping address.
3.4 An order acknowledgement via email is automatically generated and the receipt of such an acknowledgement does not guarantee the acceptance of an order.
3.5 All items and products purchased through the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such titles pass to you upon EverBead delivery of the items or products to the carrier.
3.6 Shipping prices may change without notice depending on the area or region in which the item is being delivered. Duties and fees may also be applicable to those residing outside of Canada.
